Refund policy

If for any reason, you want to return a product you have purchased from us, you can return the product to us. There are some exceptions, including but not limited to, custom built carts or custom orders, or where stated as non-returnable. The following policy applies to all returns, refunds, or exchanges or canceled orders.

Please contact us prior to returning any product. Any product, unless otherwise stated, may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. Be sure to have your order number / receipt number handy. It is the purchasers responsibility to cover the return shipping of the product to us or our distributors. 

All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, warranty, user’s manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. Include the original customer receipt with the returned product. A 25% restocking fee will be applied for any item returned, exchanged or canceled orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Most of our products also carry a manufacturing warranty that will cover defects and issues as well.
