Shipping policy

We do require a physical address in most cases for shipping. If you only have a PO Box, please make sure to contact us first. Due to size and weight of some items, we may not be able to ship to the PO Box address.

Most orders, if placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday - Friday will ship in 2 to 5 business days. However, if we are experiencing an unusual increase in order volume then certain products may take longer than normal. We appreciate your understanding and patience! We will send you the tracking information as soon as possible.
